Code § 28-214.1.4","heading":"§ 28-214.1.4 Rescission of seal, secure and close order.","body":"An order issued pursuant to this article shall not be rescinded unless the owner, lessor, lessee or mortgagee seeking such rescission provides assurance, in a form satisfactory to the commissioner, that the conditions that caused the issuance of such order have been corrected and will not reoccur.
