Code § 28-216.5","heading":"§ 28-216.5 Owner abatement of unsafe or dangerous conditions.","body":"If the person served with a notice and order pursuant to section 28-216.4 shall immediately certify his or her assent to the securing or removal of such unsafe building, structure or premises condition, such person shall be allowed a period of time as determined by the commissioner within which to commence and complete the abatement of the unsafe or dangerous condition.
