Code § 28-303.6","heading":"§ 28-303.6 Reporting an unsafe or hazardous condition.","body":"If an inspection reveals that any boiler is unsafe or hazardous to life and safety, the device is to be immediately taken out of service by the approved boiler inspection agency performing the inspection and the building owner shall be notified. Such agency shall notify the department of the unsafe or hazardous condition of the boiler within 24 hours after the condition is discovered.
