Code § 28-309.13","heading":"§ 28-309.13 Outreach to building owners regarding making energy efficiency improvements.","body":"Each year, the department shall provide information regarding energy efficiency improvements to owners of buildings of all sizes, including buildings connected to gas lines. Such information shall also be posted on the department's website.
