Code § 28-320.6.4","heading":"§ 28-320.6.4 Penalty recovery.","body":"Civil penalties provided for by this article may be recovered in a proceeding before an administrative tribunal within the jurisdiction of the office of administrative trials and hearings. Administrative summonses returnable to such tribunal for violations of this article may be issued by the department or by an agency designated by the department.
