Code § 28-320.8.1.1","heading":"§ 28-320.8.1.1 Extension of effective period.","body":"The commissioner may also grant an extension of the effective period of the adjustment to applicable annual building emissions limit for calendar years 2030 - 2035, as prescribed by section 28-320.3.8.
