Code § 28-401.6","heading":"§ 28-401.6 Qualifications of applicant.","body":"All applicants for a license or certificate of competence shall be at least 18 years of age, shall be able to read and write the English language, shall be of good moral character, shall be fit to perform work authorized by the particular license or certificate of competence, and shall meet additional qualifications that may be prescribed for the particular license or certificate of competence.
