Code § 28-408.4.1","heading":"§ 28-408.4.1 Certificate of competence.","body":"A certificate of competence shall be issued by the commissioner to an applicant who satisfactorily complies with the experience and examination requirements of this chapter for a license, upon payment of the fee.
