Code § 28-410.5.5","heading":"§ 28-410.5.5 Requirement for obtaining a license and seal.","body":"A holder of a certificate of competence or an applicant who has satisfied all requirements for a master fire suppression piping contractor license shall obtain:\n\n1. A license and seal issued upon establishing a fire suppression piping contracting business conforming to the requirements of this article and any rules promulgated by the department; or\n\n2. A license and seal issued upon demonstrating employment with a city agency.
