Code § 28-429.5.1","heading":"§ 28-429.5.1 Surrender of license and seal.","body":"Upon the death or the retirement of a licensed master electrician, or upon the surrender, revocation, or suspension of their license, their license and seal shall immediately be surrendered to the commissioner. A corporation or partnership must notify the department of the death of a responsible representative within 30 days after such death.
