Code § 28-430.5","heading":"§ 28-430.5 Issuance.","body":"A special electrician license and seal shall be issued only to an individual. Their license shall plainly indicate the address or addresses of the building, buildings, or parts thereof for which such license is issued. A master electrician’s license and a special electrician’s license and seal shall not be held by any person at the same time.
