Code § 28-502.6.4","heading":"§ 28-502.6.4 Civil penalty.","body":"An outdoor advertising company that violates any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a civil penalty of, for a first violation, not more than fifteen thousand dollars and, for a second or subsequent violation, not more than twenty-five thousand dollars.
