The conflicts of interest board shall conduct semiannual reviews, biennial audits and a final audit upon dissolution of any legal defense trust established pursuant to this chapter. Such audits shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards. The board shall promulgate rules regarding what documentation is sufficient for demonstrating financial activities of each such trust.\n\nb.
