For purposes of this section, \"commissioner\" means the commissioner of consumer and worker protection.\n\nb. No later than February 15, 2017, and no later than every February fifteenth thereafter, the commissioner shall post on the office's website the following information for the prior calendar year regarding enforcement of chapter 9 of title 20 of the code:\n\ni. the number of complaints against employers filed with the office;\n\nii. the number of investigations conducted by the commissioner;\n\niii. the results of each enforcement action undertaken by the commissioner; and\n\niv. such other information as the commissioner may deem appropriate.\n\n(L.L. 2015/104, 11/30/2015, eff. 3/29/2016; Am.
