Code § 3-206","heading":"§ 3-206 City clerk; proceedings of council.","body":"Immediately after the adjournment of each meeting of the council, the city clerk shall prepare a brief extract, omitting technical and formal details, of all resolutions and local laws introduced or passed, all recommendations of committees, all final proceedings and full copies of all messages from the mayor and all reports of city agencies.
