Code § 5-345","heading":"§ 5-345 Damage maps to be prepared.","body":"When the mayor shall authorize the acquisition of additional real property in connection with any improvement, the mayor shall cause to be prepared and shall approve a map showing the real property to be acquired for the improvement and such additional real property in connection with the real property to be acquired for the improvement, and such map shall be filed, prior to the application to condemn the same, as follows: One copy thereof in the office in which conveyances of real property are required by law to be recorded in each county in which the real property or any part thereof shown on such map is situated; one copy thereof in the office of the corporation counsel; one copy thereof in the office of the president of each borough in which the real property or any part thereof shown on such map is situated; and one copy thereof in the office of the mayor.","path":["New York City Administrative Code","Title 5","Chapter 3: Condemnation Procedures"],"source_url":"https://files.amlegal.com/pdffiles/NewYorkCity/Admin/XML.zip","current_through":"Local Law 2026/135 (enacted August 31, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:48:57Z","sha256":"4370783ea93a3e66ef72cd45160f4f85663b46282a706ecda63a4289e8b27bbd","source_id":"us-nyc","stale":false,"prev":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-5-344","next":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-5-346"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
