Code § 6-106","heading":"§ 6-106 Certificate of completion.","body":"Within five days after his or her acceptance of any work under contract, the head of an agency shall file with the comptroller a final certificate of the completion and acceptance thereof, signed by the chief engineer or head of such agency.
