Code § 6-116.3","heading":"§ 6-116.3 Document vault for procurement-related documents.","body":"a. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDefinitions. For purposes of this section, the following terms have the following meanings:\n\nCovered procurement. The term “covered procurement” means a procurement of goods, services, or construction by an agency that is managed through the citywide computerized system for comprehensive contract management.\n\nDocument vault. The term “document vault” means an electronic repository for maintaining documents, where any document therein is accessible to natural persons authorized by the person who submitted such document.\n\nProcurement-related document. The term “procurement-related document” means any document, including but not limited to certificates, corporate organizational documents, and financial reports, that a contractor submits in connection with a covered procurement.\n\nb.
