Code § 7-602","heading":"§ 7-602 Bond of deputies, assistants, clerks and other subordinate employees.","body":"The register shall require from any deputy, assistant, clerk, employee or other subordinate a bond in such sum and with such sureties as may be approved by him or her and the comptroller, which bond shall run to the register, the city and to whom it may concern, and shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duty.
