Code § 701.3","heading":"Section 701.3","body":"Section 701.3 – Revise Section 701.3 to read as follows:\n\n(A) Conduct or Witness Test. Inspection and testing requirements shall be performed in accordance with New York City Building Code Chapter 17.\n\n(B) Tested Periodically. Systems shall be periodically tested in accordance with the schedule and requirements set forth in the New York City Fire Code to ensure the systems are maintained in proper operating condition.\n\n(C) Maintenance. Legally required standby system equipment shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions and industry standards.\n\n(D) Written Record. A written record of such tests and maintenance shall be kept on premises.\n\n(E) Testing Under Load.
