Code § 8-133","heading":"§ 8-133 Education and outreach regarding single-occupant toilet room requirements.","body":"The commission on human rights, in conjunction with the department of buildings, shall conduct outreach to the public at large regarding single-occupant toilet room requirements, which shall, at a minimum, include educational materials to inform transgender and gender non-conforming individuals of a building owner's required compliance with sections 403.2.1 and 403.4 of the New York city plumbing code and the violations and penalties that result from non-compliance with such sections.
