Code § EBC D601","heading":"D601 Applicability.","body":"Alterations, additions, repairs, and changes of occupancy of a multiple dwelling classified as HCA, HACA, HCB, and HACB, and conversion of a building originally erected before December 6, 1968, as a one- or two-family dwelling to a EBC-CDA, shall comply with the provisions of this code and the additional provisions in this Chapter.\n\nD601.1 Dwellings erected after December 6, 1968.\n\nThis Chapter shall not apply to conversions of buildings originally erected on or after December 6, 1968, as one- or two-family dwellings.
