Code § FC 2201","heading":"Section FC 2201: General","body":"2201.1 Scope.\n\nThis chapter shall govern combustible dust-producing operations, and the equipment and processes utilized in connection with such operations in order to minimize and mitigate dust explosion hazards.\n\n2201.2 Permits.\n\nPermits shall be required as set forth in FC 105.6.\n\n2201.3 General.\n\nCombustible dust-producing operations, including manufacturing, processing and handling operations, shall be conducted in accordance with this chapter.
