Code § FC 2307","heading":"Section FC 2307: Design and Installation Requirements for Biodiesel Motor Fuel","body":"2307.1 General.\n\nBiodiesel motor fuel shall be stored and dispensed in motor fuel storage and dispensing systems designed and installed in accordance with this section.\n\n2307.2 Biofuel content.\n\nThe amount of biofuel content in biodiesel motor fuel shall not exceed 20 percent, except as authorized by the department.\n\n2307.3 Aboveground storage.\n\nBiodiesel motor fuel may be stored and dispensed in protected aboveground tanks in accordance with FC 2306.2.3.1.\n\n2307.4 Design and installation.\n\nThe design of motor fuel storage and dispensing systems used for biodiesel motor fuel shall be in accordance with FC Chapter 23.\n\n2307.5 Change of tank contents.\n\nAny motor fuel storage and dispensing system that is to be used for biodiesel, which was previously used for other types of motor fuel, shall comply with the requirements of FC 5704.2.1.","path":["New York City Administrative Code","Title 29","Chapter 2: New York City Fire Code"],"source_url":"https://files.amlegal.com/pdffiles/NewYorkCity/Admin/XML.zip","current_through":"Local Law 2026/135 (enacted August 31, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:48:57Z","sha256":"2198fc4f77e6ce49cb89d3c4f1182118e6a6c7652f9593e1f264003a6b5bde71","source_id":"us-nyc","stale":true,"prev":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-fc-2306","next":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-fc-2308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
