Code § FC 5901","heading":"Section FC 5901: General","body":"5901.1 Scope.\n\nThis chapter shall govern the storage, handling and use of flammable solids.\n\n5901.2 Permits.\n\nPermits shall be required as set forth in FC 105.6.\n\n5901.3 General.\n\nFlammable solids shall be stored, handled and used in accordance with this chapter.\n\n5901.4 Supervision.\n\nThe handling and use of flammable solids in quantities requiring a permit shall be performed under the personal supervision of a person holding a certificate of fitness.
