Code § FC 6201","heading":"Section FC 6201: General","body":"6201.1 Scope.\n\nThis chapter shall govern the manufacture, storage, handling and use of organic peroxides.\n\n6201.2 Permits.\n\nPermits shall be required for organic peroxides as set forth in FC 105.6.\n\n6201.3 General.\n\nOrganic peroxides shall be manufactured, stored, handled and used in accordance with this chapter and FC Chapter 50.\n\n6201.4 Prohibited manufacture, storage, handling and use.\n\nIt shall be unlawful to manufacture, store, handle and/or use unclassified detonable organic peroxides except as specifically authorized by FC Chapter 56.\n\n6201.5 Supervision.\n\nThe handling and use of organic peroxides in quantities requiring a permit shall be under the personal supervision of a certificate of fitness holder.
