Code § FC 6501","heading":"Section FC 6501: General","body":"6501.1 Scope.\n\nThis chapter shall govern the manufacture, storage, handling and use of pyroxylin plastic, except cellulose nitrate motion picture film, which shall comply with the requirements of FC 306.\n\n6501.2 Permits.\n\nPermits shall be required as set forth in FC 105.6.\n\n6501.3 General.\n\nPyroxylin plastics shall be manufactured, stored, handled and used in accordance with this chapter.\n\n6501.4 Prohibitions.\n\nIt shall be unlawful to:\n\n1. Manufacture raw pyroxylin plastics.\n\n2. Store raw pyroxylin plastics, except accessory storage authorized by a special permit pursuant to Section 42-276 of the Zoning Resolution.\n\n6501.5 Supervision.\n\nThe handling and use of raw pyroxylin plastics in quantities requiring a permit shall be under the personal supervision of a certificate of fitness holder.
