Flanagan Playground, Borough of Brooklyn\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\nSection 1. The Playground is rectangular in shape and adjacent to the rear of the existing school, running northerly 155 feet along the east side of East 71st Street, turning 90 degrees easterly 252 feet\n\n§ 2.
