No. 675-A\n\nBy Council Member Berman, the Speaker (Council Member Vallone) and Council Members Crispino, Dryfoos, Eisland, O'Donovan, Spigner, Harrison, Robles, Williams and Pinkett; also Council Members Castaneira-Colon, Dear, DeMarco, Fisher, Foster, Friedlander, Koslowitz, Leffler, Lisa, Michels, Povman, Rivera, Ward, Cerullo III, Greitzer and Maloney\n\nA Local Law to amend the Administrative Code of the City of New York in relation to extending the deadline for filing financial disclosure statements for city employees called to active military service during Operation Desert Shield / Storm\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\nSection 1. Notwithstanding the requirements of section 12-110 of the administrative code of the city of New York, any city employee who served or is serving in the armed forces of the United States in connection with Operation Desert Shield / Storm at any time subsequent to August 2, 1990 shall be entitled to an automatic extension of time in which to file a financial disclosure report for calendar year 1990. Such person shall be required to file a report no later than four months from the date he or she returns to active employment status with the city of New York.\n\n§ 2.
