Section three of local law number 45 for the year 1992, as amended by local law number 47 for the year 1993 and by local law number 16 for the year 1994, is hereby amended to read as follows:\n\n§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and expire on June 30, [1995] 1996.\n\n§ 2.
