No. 602\n\nBy Council Member Dear\n\nA Local Law in relation to approval of the application of 183 Services Inc. for authorization to increase the service area in the Boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan in which they provide commuter van services\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\nSection 1.
