No. 727\n\nBy Council Members Pinkett and Warden; also Council Members Eisland and Harrison\n\nA Local Law to extend amendments to the Administrative Code of the City of New York in relation to certain offenses classified as violations under the penal law\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\nSection 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12 of Local law 76 of 1995, the expiration date of such local law shall be May 1, 1996, provided, however, that in the event the amendments made to section 31 of the New York City Criminal Court Act by section 206 of Chapter 83 of the laws of 1995 are repealed before such date, such local law shall expire when such repeal becomes effective.\n\n§ 2.
