No. 23\n\nBy Council Member Dear\n\nA Local Law in relation to the approval of the application of Arecibo Car Service, Inc. for the renewal of a license to operate a base station in the borough of Brooklyn.\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\nSection one. The application of Arecibo Car Service, Inc. for the renewal of a license to operate a base station at 170 Fifth Avenue in the borough of Brooklyn, which application was approved by the taxi and limousine commission, is hereby approved.\n\n§ 2.
