The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Migdal Transportation Corp. also known as Migdal Transportation Corp for a license to operate a new base station at 5010 Twelfth Avenue in the borough of Brooklyn is hereby approved.\n\n§ 2.
