No. 582-A\n\nBy Council Member McMahon, Fidler, Gennaro, Gentile, Liu, Mealy, Recchia Jr., Weprin, Nelson, Jackson, Lappin, and Felder\n\nA Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to interfering with employees of the department of sanitation and the unauthorized collection or removal of solid waste and recyclable materials.\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\n* * *\n\n[Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A]\n\n* * *\n\n§ 2.
