No. 706-A\n\nBy Council Members Dromm, King, Levine, Chin, Johnson, Palma, Cabrera, Rosenthal, Rose, Barron, Williams, Garodnick, Kallos and Lander\n\nA Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the commissioner of the department of correction to post a quarterly report regarding the visitation of incarcerated individuals.\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\n* * *\n\n[Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A]\n\n* * *\n\n§ 2. This local law takes effect January 1, 2016, provided that the information required by paragraph 3 of subdivision b of section 9-140 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by section 1 of this local law, need not be included in a quarterly report until the quarterly report due within 30 days of the beginning of the quarter beginning July 1, 2016, and further provided that the information required by section 1 of this local law to be disaggregated by whether the visitor is a professional and also disaggregated by the type of services the professional provides need not be included in a quarterly report until the quarterly report due within 30 days of the beginning of the quarter beginning October 1, 2016.","path":["New York City Administrative Code","2015"],"source_url":"https://files.amlegal.com/pdffiles/NewYorkCity/Admin/XML.zip","current_through":"Local Law 2026/135 (enacted August 31, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:48:57Z","sha256":"fead75f8225af34516422078f7b7106626ba2cc1903c5c462e7f9cfdf98fbe64","source_id":"us-nyc","stale":false,"prev":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-l.l.-2015-084","next":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-l.l.-2015-086"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
