No. 1608-A\n\nBy Council Members Rodriguez, Torres, the Speaker (Council Member Johnson), Brannan, Louis, Rosenthal, Chin, Rivera and Barron\n\nA Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the taxi and limousine commission to evaluate the character and integrity of taxicab brokers, agents, and taxicab licensees\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\n* * *\n\n[Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A]\n\n* * *\n\n§ 4.
