Despite the requirements of subdivision c of section 17-199.3.1 of the administrative code of the city of New York, prior to January 1, 2026, the department of health and mental hygiene shall not post the names and titles of individuals who serve on the maternal mortality and morbidity review committee without receiving the consent of such individuals.\n\n§ 3.
