No. 87-A\n\nBy Council Members Brewer, Louis, Encarnación, Hanif, Narcisse, Abreu, Gutiérrez and Salaam\n\nA Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to combining the archival review board and the archives, reference and research advisory board into a library and archival review advisory board, and to repeal section 3009 of such charter in relation thereto\n\nBe it enacted by the Council as follows:\n\n* * *\n\n[Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A]\n\n* * *\n\n§ 4. All members of the library and archival review board shall be appointed within 30 days of the effective date of this local law.\n\n§ 5.
