Code § PC 404","heading":"Section PC 404: Accessible Plumbing Facilities","body":"404.1 Where required.\n\nAccessible plumbing facilities and fixtures shall be provided in accordance with the New York city building code.\n\n404.2 Accessible fixture requirements.\n\nAccessible plumbing fixtures shall be installed with the clearances, heights, spacings and arrangements in accordance with ICC A117.1.\n\n404.3 Exposed pipes and surfaces.\n\nWater supply and drain pipes under accessible lavatories and sinks shall be covered or otherwise configured to protect against contact.
