Reports to mayor.","body":"The heads of administrations and departments established by this charter, borough presidents and such officers as the mayor may require shall in addition to any other reports required by this charter, once in each year and at such other times as the mayor may direct, make to the mayor, in such form and under such rules as the mayor may prescribe, reports of their operations and action. Notice of the availability of copies of each of such annual reports shall be published in the City Record within thirty days of the publication of the report involved.
