The office of payroll administration shall have the power and duty to:\n\n(1) support the implementation of a computerized payroll management system,\n\n(2) maintain the integrity and accuracy of the payroll system,\n\n(3) develop uniform procedures for payroll processing and development,\n\n(4) distribute and account for payroll and administer payroll deductions,\n\n(5) render services to, and receive information and assistance from, public corporations upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed to by the office and each such corporation.\n\nb.
