Code § 107.121","heading":"Annual TANF report.","body":"Not later than thirty days following the end of each state fiscal year, the governor's office of faith-based and community initiatives shall submit a report to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the director of the legislative service commission detailing all of the following:\n(A) A breakdown of how the office spent funds from the temporary assistance for needy families block grant, established by Title IV-A of the \"Social Security Act,\" 42 U.S.C. 601,;\n(B) A breakdown of all grants the office awarded using temporary assistance for needy families block grant funds;\n(C) A breakdown of how each entity awarded a grant by the office using temporary assistance for needy families block grant funds spent those funds, including the following:\n(1) The services the entity provided;\n(2) The total number of individuals the entity served;\n(3) The total amount of money the entity spent.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 107 Governor"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-107.121","current_through":"2021-09-30 (House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:24Z","sha256":"6d0ada0ad18f5556eaad31f6ed697b6246cb3c912e23ae2e759d6cb097772399","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-107.12","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-107.13"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
