Code § 107.55","heading":"Annual report.","body":"The common sense initiative office, annually not later than the first day of February, shall prepare a report of the activities of the office during the preceding calendar year. The report shall include:\n(A) A statement of the number of draft and existing rules reviewed during the calendar year;\n(B) A description of the recommendations made to agencies with regard to draft and existing rules;\n(C) An assessment of the status of the recommendations made;\n(D) An explanation of the performance measures developed to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the office;\n(E) An evaluation of the work of the office judged against the performance measures; and\n(F) Any other information the office believes will explain the work of the office.\nThe office shall transmit a copy of the report to the governor, the lieutenant governor, the president and minority leader of the senate, and the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 107 Governor"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-107.55","current_through":"2014-09-17 (Senate Bill 3 - 130th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:24Z","sha256":"a781a6e30cbe9edd838d22669753f65d33d79f932ffba5ff5e514c60e12d3ad3","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-107.54","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-107.56"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
