Code § 1114.02","heading":"Formation; application for incorporation.","body":"(A) Five or more natural persons, at least one of whom is a resident of this state, may, with the approval of the superintendent of financial institutions, incorporate a mutual state bank.\n(B) The persons proposing to incorporate a mutual state bank shall apply for approval to incorporate the bank by submitting the application prescribed by the superintendent, which application shall include all of the following:\n(1) The proposed articles of incorporation and code of regulations;\n(2) An application for reservation of a name in accordance with section 1103.07 of the Revised Code, if reservation is desired by the incorporators and has not been previously filed;\n(3) The location and a description of the proposed initial banking office;\n(4) Information to demonstrate the proposed bank will satisfy the requirements of division (C) of section 1114.03 and any other provision of the Revised Code identified by the superintendent;\n(5) Any other information the superintendent requires.","path":["Title 11 Banks-Savings and Loan Associations","Chapter 1114 Mutual State Banks"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-1114.02","current_through":"2018-01-01 (House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:28Z","sha256":"db47f50c6c04dcd45f40f15dbec4c22a0f5d66b973c01d83baa47b2283217373","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-1114.01","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-1114.03"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
