Code § 113.12","heading":"Warrants paid on presentation.","body":"(A) As used in this section, \"valid warrant\" means a warrant that is not stopped, stale dated for age, voided, canceled, altered, or fictitious.\n(B) The treasurer of state, on presentation, shall pay all valid warrants drawn on the state treasury by the director of budget and management.
