Code § 122.132","heading":"Duties of director of development.","body":"The director of development shall do all of the following:\n(A) Develop, collect, and disseminate information useful to individuals and organizations throughout the state in undertaking or promoting the establishment and successful operation of employee-owned corporations;\n(B) Assist in the evaluation of the feasibility and economic vitality of employee-owned corporation proposals received in the employee ownership assistance program;\n(C) Provide technical assistance and counseling services to individuals who seek to form an employee-owned corporation;\n(D) Provide assistance and counseling in the operation of an employee-owned corporation;\n(E) Assist individuals in obtaining financing for the purchase and operation of an employee-owned corporation;\n(F) Promote and coordinate the efforts of local, state, federal, or private organizations to assist in the formation or operation of employee-owned corporations;\n(G) Recommend appropriate legislative or executive actions to enhance opportunities for employee-owned corporations in this state;\n(H) Prescribe all forms for assistance requests and publish materials describing the employee ownership assistance program's services;\n(I) Adopt rules under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the conduct of the employee ownership assistance program.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 122 Department of Development"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-122.132","current_through":"2001-01-04 (Senate Bill 186 - 123rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:24Z","sha256":"615591fe462c7bf10117af3ef12f6e0f8dcf5f333ae2d935dc92c1e4fd2ea907","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-122.131","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-122.133"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
