Code § 123.06","heading":"Office space for veterans organizations, auxiliary organizations and veterans' home agency.","body":"(A) The department of administrative services shall assign and make available, at state expense, suitable office space in state-owned facilities to accommodate the office operations of the state headquarters of both of the following:\n(1) All veterans organizations in this state that either are incorporated and issued a charter by the congress of the United States or are recognized by the United States department of veterans affairs;\n(2) The auxiliary organizations of veterans organizations described in division (A)(1) of this section.\n(B) The department may situate office space for each auxiliary organization of a veterans organization with or near the office space of that veterans organization.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 123 Department of Administrative Services - Public Works"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-123.06","current_through":"2012-09-10 (House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:24Z","sha256":"2c969424644b3046c22c9674e1f15242b46eba637ba5568d07869ffb1a8d943c","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-123.05","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-123.07"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
