Code § 125.60","heading":"Procurement from community rehabilitation programs definitions.","body":"As used in sections 125.60 to 125.6012 of the Revised Code:\n(A) \"Community rehabilitation program\" means an agency that:\n(1) Is organized under the laws of the United States or this state such that no part of its net income inures to the benefit of any shareholder or other individual;\n(2) Is certified as a sheltered workshop, if applicable, by the wage and hour division of the United States department of labor;\n(3) Is registered and in good standing with the secretary of state as a domestic nonprofit or not-for-profit corporation;\n(4) Complies with applicable occupational health and safety standards required by the laws of the United States or of this state;\n(5) Operates in the interest of persons with work-limiting disabilities, provides vocational or other employment-related training to persons with work-limiting disabilities, and employs persons with work-limiting disabilities in the manufacture of products or the provision of services;\n(6) Is a nonprofit corporation for federal tax purposes.\n(B) \"Government ordering office\" means any of the following:\n(1) Any state agency, including the general assembly, the supreme court, and the office of a state elected official, or any state authority, board, bureau, commission, institution, or instrumentality that is funded in total or in part by state money;\n(2) A county, township, or village.\n(C) \"Person with a work-limiting disability\" means an individual who has a disability as defined in the \"Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990,\" 104 Stat. 327, 42 U.S.C. 12101, and who:\n(1) Because of that disability is substantially limited in the type or quantity of work the individual can perform or is prevented from working regularly;\n(2) Meets criteria established by the office of procurement from community rehabilitation programs.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 125 Department of Administrative Services - Office Services"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-125.60","current_through":"2005-06-30 (House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:24Z","sha256":"72b9f8fd491c46351cd94affad436c8c463b23504549955b7161a9d7325ba24d","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-125.58","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-125.601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
