Code § 126.10","heading":"Effect of federal funds loss on state programs.","body":"(A) For the purposes of this section:\n(1) \"Agency\" has the same meaning as in section 111.15 of the Revised Code.\n(2) \"State program\" means any program, initiative, or service administered or overseen by an agency.\n(B) Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary or any rules adopted under it, if the federal government reduces, discontinues, pauses, or otherwise suspends any federal program that provides federal funds for any corresponding state program, such program may be reduced, discontinued, paused, or suspended.
